We can arrange all ground transfers in between airports but ask that your international flight arrives AT LEAST 2.5 hours at EZE before your departure flight from AEP Jorge Newberry domestic airport to Malargue (LGS) or San Rafael (AFA) or Mendoza (MDZ) and preferably to be on the safe side 3 hours.*

To fly: 

Malargue Charter Flight
 
You can fly from Buenos Aires (AEP) to Malargue (LGS) and only on Saturdays and part of a hotel package 
staying at the Virgo, Acuario, Piscis, Escorpio, Aries hotels. HOWEVER, we can also book you on a special charter
flight to Malargue if you are staying at the Geminis/Delphos apartments, but no other apartments. Please us for info
and prices for the Geminis/Delphos Malargue charter flight.

The Malargue airport is 45 minutes from Las Leñas.  When we book your charter flight as part of your hotel package
the price includes shared round trip ground transfer on the Andesmar bus Malargue Airport - Las Lenas Hotel -
Malargue Airport. If you would like a private transfer we can organize a private transfer in a defender for up to 4 people
with luggage for $120 USD one way total for the car.

You can fly from Buenos Aires (AEP) to San Rafael (AFA) on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and there is 1 flight a day, and the San Rafael airport is 2 hours  from Las Leñas.  We can book shared or private ground transfers from San Rafael airport as part of your apartment or hotel package as well as private transfers. Buenos Aires to San Rafael/Las Lenas Bus Coach Schedule 2010

The cheapest way to get to Las Leñas from Buenos Aires is to take the direct Andesmar
bus from Buenos Aires to Las Leñas (16 hours) that leaves at 7:05 PM from Buenos Aires
on Fridays and arrives the next day Saturday in Las Lenas at 10:45 AM. This direct bus
leaves Las Lenas on Saturdays at 6:30 PM and arrives the next day Sunday at 10:30 AM in
Buenos Aires. The nicer downstairs first class Suite seats are $120 USD one way and $240 USD round trip per person.The executive bed seats (these are not real beds, just normal
chairs that recline) are $92 USD one way and $184 USD round trip per person. You get
dinner and breakfast oas well as blankets and small pillows and there are tvs and show
current dvd movies.  To book the bus go to www.andesmar.com and choose English on the right hand top corner of the website. Then make departure city Buenos Aires (retiro cap fed) and arrival city Las Lenas (mendoza), then click on search.  

  

There is a great transfer option from Buenos Aires EZE International airport to Retiro bus station if you want to get to Las Leñas the day you arrive in Buenos Aires. After you clear  customs on the left side to buy MTL to Retiro and buy it with the transfer to  Retiro Omnibus Station, its about $50 pesos. Go up the ramp, go down one floor and on his right side he will see the Bags storage place.
The advantage of going with Andesmar is you can pre-book and prepay on line withacredit card. *BE SURE TO PRINT YOUR TICKET CONFIRMATION BEFORE GOING ON THE BUS OR EVEN BETTER BEFORE GETTING TO THE BUS STATION. YOU NEED TO PRESENT THE PAPER PRINTOUT OF THE TICKET AND THE ID OR PASSPORT YOU GAVE AS ID ON THE ON LINE PURCHASE TO GET ON THE BUS. THEY WILL NOT LET YOU ON JUST WITH THE NAME OR CONF#*  If you cannot get on Andesmar you can only buy bus tickets at the Retiro bus station.  *PLEASE NOTE*: YOU CAN ONLY BOOK ANDESMAR.COM ON THEIR WEBSITE WITHIN 1 MONTH OF DESIRED BUENOS AIRES -SAN RAFAEL/LAS LEÑAS DEPARTURE DATE. THEIR WEBSITE IS NOT SET UP TO HANDLE RESERVATIONS EARLIER THAN THAT. WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS OR BOOK FOR YOU EITHER.

 
Daily Bus to San Rafael but NOT on Friday Nights 

If you are not catching the direct bus to Las Leñas on Friday nights, you then have to take an Andesmar bus from Buenos Aires to San Rafael and then thye Iselin bus once you arrive in San Rafael to Las Lenas. On travel days other than Fridays there is no direct bus with Andesmar to Las Leñas and instead you have to choose Departure City Buenos Aires and Arrival City San Rafael (Do NOT choose Malargue as destino). You need to make sure you arrive in San Rafael before 9:30AM the next day as the 1 Iselin bus leaves San Rafael for Las Leñas at 9:30 and you can book one of these upon arrival in San Rafael at the bus station at the Iselin desk at the bus station and can use credit cards.  For more information on options to get to Las Leñas from San Rafael please visit our Getting There From San Rafael section. The bus and Atuel travel option is listed at the bottom of the page.
